Dear Sir,

You can have the Te Deum for [?] Bass Solo [,] Chorus + Orchestra for £120 (hundred and twenty pounds) In case your my proposal should be approved, please tell me imediately[!]1 your decision, and then I will send you the score.

I hope the matter will be I[!]2  settled very as soon as possible - because I leave Prague on 14th Oktober[!]3
