               Spillville, Iowa.

Dear Sir:--

               Our London House writes to us under date of June 28th as follows: -- “Dr Dvorak has been asked to write for the Cardiff Festival of 1895 a new Work. The Comitte[!]1  are getting very impatient and particularly wish to know whether Dr. Dvorak will undertake to write a Work for them or not; they also state that they will be taking steps shortly to form their chorus and are anxious to secure XXXXXXXXXXXX for Dr. Dvorak’s Work the fullest opportunities of careful rehearsal.”
