On the reverse, in pen, the date: "/8 1892". Underneath that, five lines of commemorative notes, written in German, in cursive script, in pen: „In gemüthlicher Stimmung vor dem Aufbruche zur Fortsetzung der Fußtour. In der Mitte neben Frau Zrnovsky steht der Meister Dwořák." Which is, translated: “In good spirits before setting out on the next leg of the hike. Maestro Dvořák is standing in the middle next to Mrs Zrnovská.” Below, a slip of paper glued on with further details, written in Czech on a typewriter: “Participants in an excursion with the Czech Forestry Union to the forests of the Hořovice estate in August 1892. A break at Valdek before the next leg of the hike. In the middle, next to Mrs Zrnovská, the wife of the estate’s gardener, on the right, stands Maestro Antonín Dvořák”.
