My dear Friend
I was delighted to be get your letter and to hear that you are coming to London again. I hope you will come and stay with us here and that you will bring Madame Dvořák with you. We shall all be very glad indeed to see you both again. I hope you will be able to arrange for your visit to be early in the spring: it ought not to be later than March because after that all choral concerts are over: we might also arrange something for the Crystal Palace but their concerts finish before Easter you know.
I will write to Birmingham and tell them they may perhaps hear from you before the end of the year.
Looking forward to the pleasure of seeing you soon here again.
Yours very sincerely
Alfred H Littleton
Please let me know directly about the date you will be in London - It is very important it should be early in the year.
