My dear Dr Dvořák
I cabled you last week that I had secured for you, Mrs Dvořák and the four daughters two inside staterooms on the “Augusta Victoria” sailing from Hamburg October 17th. Kindly [tell] me the ages of your daughters and I will send the tickets. According to your arrangement with Miss Margulies, I will cable you September 15th (fifteenth) $3700- and on October 15th $4000.
