I am sorry to trouble you but the Birmingham Committee again write to me asking if I have heard from you in accordance with your kind promise. Please let me know if you think you can write something in their Festival: it is not till September 1891 so that you have more than a year to do the work in. Please do not say no if you can possibly help it.
