My dear Friend
Enclosed I send cheque for £650 balance of the amount due for copyright of the Requiem. Will you kindly sign the enclosed form + return it to me: + please send one at the same time the form which you have had some time for the Symphony.
You have also a form for the small Mass which you might let me have. I hope you will soon do the scoring for orchestra of this and be able to let me have it: so that we may bring the work out.
I am hoping [soon?] every day also to receive the American Contract.
I am very sorry I did not see you again on Saturday last: I arrived home a few minutes after you had left. I was obliged to stay at Sydenham as my business was very important then: I think I have sold Westwood House, but for a dreadfully small price.
With kindest regards to you + Madam Dvořák
I am
Yours very sincerely
Alfred H Littleton
