Description:
The members of the "Dvořák Trio” – a group created for the goodbye tour that took place prior to Dvořák's departure for New York in 1892 – in a studio with two decorated bamboo chairs. Ferdinand Lachner sits on the left, Antonín Dvořák stands in the centre with a cigar in his hand, and Hanuš Wihan sits on the right. All wearing fairly dark suits and hats.

On the reverse, in pencil: “Lachner, Dvořák, Wihan”.
